Law Enforcement is on the hunt for a man who tried to pull an 8-year-old Oak Harbor Washington girl into his car on Sunday, June 24th.
According to news reports: An 8-year-old girl was playing in her front yard when a car pulled up. The suspect grabbed the girl by the hair and told her to “come”. The victim took of running and made it into the back yard of the residence slamming the gate on the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male between 25 and 35 and about 6 feet tall with a goatee. His hair is dyed with gray streaks. He was wearing jeans, a black T-shirt with a Jolly Roger pirate flag on the front (see photo below), sunglasses, and flip-flops. The suspect vehicle was a dark red, newer midsized sedan.
